Our raison d’etre. A Traditional Method blend of Eating and cooking apples, part oak fermented, creating a truly unique and engaging Cider.
Tasting note: Light yellow gold with a steady stream of tiny bubbles. Lemony nose with crushed sea salt, soft fudge and toast. Creamy front end with a crisp attack. Lovely sweet weight with an unctuous mid palate. Green apple, lemon rind and rich tea biscuit. Delicate texture with a lovely saline grip on the finish.
Food pairing: Perfect as an Aperitif or, better still, with some hard cheeses or a chicken dish. 750ml. 8.1%.
