A centuries old variety that has the reputation of being one of the worlds finest eating apples. It produces a very light and delicate cider, here influenced by young wood. Dusky green apple on the nose, with a hint of fresh grass and macadamia. A very soft acidity with some light astringency. Still and bone dry this cider pairs well with halloumi or chicken dishes. 750ml. 7.6%
