This bittersweet apple variety is a Devon favourite. Not an apple to bite into, but when fermented produces a cider full of baked apple, hints of spice and a salty breeze. Evokes aromas of an apple pie sat on a beach. Still and bone dry this does have a grippy astringency. This cider will age well. 750ml. 6.4%.
