A blend of dessert, culinary and bittersweet cider apples grown in Wales without the use of chemicals. Hand harvested. Fermented slowly over winter with native yeasts. Bottled between Candlemas and May Day. Bottle fermented over summer with native yeasts and bramble and clover honey harvested in Bro Ddyfi late in the summer of 2022. Riddled and disgorged to finish. Then left be. 7.4%. 750ml.
