Description
A blend of everything from the orchard apple-wise. Stoke Red, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Browns, Kingston Black, Fredrick. With many of these apples containing acid you’d expect the blend to be sharp but it’s quite mellow. It’s a pleasant fruity cider. The second vintage from our own biennial orchard (first was in 2019) and it is showing a little more complexity. It’s exciting for us to be selling cider from this orchard and interesting to see it develop. Medium Dry, Sparkling, Disgorged. 750ml. 6.5%.
