Description
A blend of Brown’s apple and Somerset Redstreak. The zingy acidity of Brown’s is balanced by the soft tannins of Somerset Redstreak.
A bright, crisp cider with notes of green apples, cut hay and touches of almond and vanilla. Pressed in 2020 and bottled early to retain natural carbonation. Serve gently chilled.
100% juice fermented with native wild yeasts. Unfiltered, unpasteurised, no added sulphites. 750ml. 5.9%.
