Another rocking vintage from Prospect Orchard! Grown, pressed, fermented, bottled and cellared at 1150 feet in the Cambrian Mountains. We reckon you can taste every one of the 450 varieties of apple in this cider. Our museum orchard is planted with over 450 different varieties, all of which go into this orchard blend.
This Pétillant Naturel cider was pressed in 2021, wild fermented and bottled before the end of fermentation, leaving the residual sugar to finish fermenting in the bottle resulting in a light carbonation.
Steely minerality and grippy tannins reflect the terroir of the Cambrian Mountains. 750ml. 6.5%.
