Description
A single variety Somerset Redstreak cider fermented and aged in Bushmill’s whisky casks. The soft tannins of the Redstreak are balanced beautifully by the gentle oak and spirit of the cask. We really enjoy the Somerset Redstreak apple and make several different ciders with it. Our Dinosaur is made with this apple, but not in oak and is bottled Pet Nat. This cider has similar flavour profile, but is aged in oak and allowed to mature before bottling it still. We are releasing it now, but I think that ageing for another couple of years will only improve it. Vanilla, smoke, apricot, leather. 750ml. 6.1%.
