Description
A single variety Yarlington Mill cider made from apples grown organically in the rich clay soils of Herefordshire. A characteristically Somerset variety, grown in Herefordshire and fermented in the Cambrian Mountains in Powys. A favourite apple of many cider drinkers for good reason, and one that we are loving working with. We love it so much we are thinking about adding a row of Yarlington Mill to our orchard.
Big, soft tannins with balancing acidity from the light carbonation. Notes of orange, hay and smoke. 750ml. 5.7%.
