We’re big on nostalgia here at Polly’s HQ – reminiscing about some of our greatest hits from yesteryear, and Slacks is always a welcome highlight on our brew plans to justify a revisit. A big IPA all about the juice; Slacks is a conscious effort on our part to aim for a 6% beer, but to be able to fill it with all the flavour intensity and body of one of our stronger IPAs. Hopped to the nines with Enigma and Mosaic to bring all those stone fruit, papaya, and mango notes right up to the fore. Named for an in-joke from a Polly’s Christmas party about some, shall we say questionable slim fitting trousers, thankfully there is nothing questionable about this straight up murky juicebomb of a beer. Delicious. 440ml. 6%.
